INITIAL CONSULTATION

First meeting to gather the necessary information :

- Discussing your vision and requirements for the space, discovering your lifestyle and expectations. - Reviewing scope of work, expected timelines, preliminary budget. - Once mandate is clear, reviewing proposed design package and contract details. - Site visit : measurements and pictures, analyzing the existing layout, architecture and all structural elements. - Space analysis : Considering all factors such as natural light, traffic flow and functionality.

CONCEPT & DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

After a detailed study of the space, we present a preliminary concept that aligns with our client's vision : - Space planning proposal / layout options / moodboards. - 3D visualizations of the different designed spaces. - Technical drawings : floor plan and detailed elevations. - Define custom millwork and furniture (where applicable). - Proposed finishes and materials selection. - Proposed furniture, hardware, plumbing and lighting selection. Final review: after a few meetings and revisions based on your feedback, final design/budget gets approved.

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

Once budget is established, we develop a detailed project plan for the construction phase and manage the entire process:

- Complete technical drawings and specifications book of the project. - Project schedule for procurement, construction and installation, defining the project timeline. - Orders purchasing with all vendors and hired subcontractors. - Deliveries coordination and logistic. - Overseeing the construction process and ensuring a correct design execution. - Quality control and deficiency reporting. - Client walkthrough to review the project and address any remaining concerns or revisions.
